About Me

Born and bred in the midlands, Daniel has always had a passion for all things audio. His journey began in college, where he performed and wrote music with his band. As his enthusiasm for movies grew, he made the decision to enrol at the University of York to study Postproduction and Sound Design. In 2013, Daniel relocated to London to launch his career in postproduction. Starting as a runner at Molinare, he quickly advanced into their renowned audio department as a sound assistant. By 2017, he had become a Mix Technician at Warner Brothers De Lane Lea, working on a variety of television and movie projects, including the groundbreaking interactive Black Mirror episode; Bandersnatch. Following his tenure at DLL, he found a home as a sound editor and mixer at Lipsync. Now, he seeks to channel his passion into a portfolio of independent projects.

Daniel has worked on a diverse range of films and television programmes in various capacities, from dialogue editing to ADR supervision, sound effect editing to re-recording mixing. He is a talented, creative and friendly sound editor capable of working on a broad array of projects. Daniel has collaborated with a wide range of directors, including Mike Newall, Catherine Harwicke and Alex Pillai.

When Daniel is not in the editing room or mix theatres you can find him reading a good book, composing music, and learning new languages such as Hungarian and Romanian. Daniel is excited to work with you, and you can inquire his availability via the contact page.
